CLO engaged us to build a campaign to showcase people with intellectual disabilities who are making a difference in their communities, and to highlight organizations that are providing those opportunities.“Be the spark” was the concept they proposed. We helped make the message even more powerful and addressed the need for it to be flexible for multiple audiences and grassroots locations across the province.
