West Park Foundation

Building for the Future

Challenge

In 2017, the Foundation launched a capital fundraising campaign to support the construction of a new hospital. They needed expert design services to brand their campaign.

Solution

We created a suite of publications, indoor and outdoor advertising, print advertisements and a new website. We guided their team through the entire process, from planning the navigation, creating an original design, developing/constructing the site and developing a success measures. In addition to project-specific criteria, we identified five factors critical to the success of every design project with West Park Foundation:

• A design aesthetic that is modern, clean and aligned with West Park brand standards
• Representation of West Park clients as heroic members of a diverse community
• Ongoing, clear communication and incorporation of client feedback
• Responsive service and quick turnarounds
• Quality assurance and through review of all elements

Our ongoing work includes the design of the Giving Lives Back newsletter (three issues annually), annual donor impact reports, brochures, thank you cards, event invitations (several per year), special events branding, giving society logos, elements for a monthly giving campaign and Tournament of Stars collateral and promotional materials/ads. We also support the West Park team with creative direction for photo shoots.
