Nicole is a strategic development professional with expertise in organisational assessment and planning that delivers on revenue goals. Her experience spans all aspects of development, advancement services, and alumni engagement with a unique skill set in brand building, marketing, and strategic communications. Her ability to build a pipeline of donors, manage a large portfolio of donors, create meaningful relationships with board members and major donors, creates an immediate impact in the communities she works. 

As Vice President of Advancement, Marketing and Chief Communications Officer for Roosevelt University, Nicole was responsible for a cross-functional team of 20 professionals and managed a $2 million operating budget. Under her leadership the advancement team exceeded revenue projections and set a 10-year record for annual giving in 2021. She launched the University’s first Women’s Leadership Council and established the first major gift to create a $100K/annual scholarship program for young women leaders. A tireless advocate for the university’s diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives, Nicole is passionate about developing pathways to access to higher education for underserved student populations. 

Nicole is a graduate of Marquette University in Milwaukee with a BS in Business Economics and resides in The Beaches area of Toronto with her husband Mike.
