Rick is a “brand fixer”: a senior marketing communications strategist with broad-based hands-on experience in launching and repositioning brands, designing, implementing and managing creative strategies, managing strategic organisational and communication requirements, and developing differentiated customer experience projects.
His focus is on taking the business issues a company faces, and then re-positioning, re-focusing, or revising the brand strategy to drive sales and market share. With over 27 years experience launching, managing and “fixing” brands in a wide selection of categories, both in ad agencies and as a client, Rick’s understanding of customer behaviour and motivation helps move a brand to a position of greater relevance in the hearts and minds of the target customer. Rick also crafts compelling marketing and communications strategies to deliver measurable business building programs.
