Jennifer Matthews

Jennifer Matthews has more than 25 years of communications experience. Known for her writing style, clients also value her exacting standards, responsive service, and ability to adapt quickly to project parameters and team personalities. 

Jennifer’s experience spans a wide range of both external communications, from magazines and reports to Web content to white papers to speeches and presentations; and internal communications, from training materials to conference scripts to change communication. 

A self-described “people person,” Jennifer loves learning and telling people’s stories. She has worked with clients from across North America, including the University of Toronto, the University of Houston, the National Ballet of Canada, the Royal Ontario Museum, TD, RBC, Gluskin Sheff, YMCA Canada, Transcontinental, the Alzheimer Society of Canada, Know History, the Ontario Provincial Police, TVO, Mixed Company Theatre and Jatheon Technologies, among others. 

She holds an Honours Co-op degree in Rhetoric and Professional Writing from the University of Waterloo.
