With 15 years driving digital strategy at the executive level, Shane has worked with a wide variety of B2B and B2C clients. Over that time, he consistently found ways to meet or improve their most important metrics and goals. Those clients include Butterball Farms, Gaylea, Foresters, Ridley College, Snow Valley Resort and The University of Toronto. One of his highlights included launching four new butter brands in Canada and the US, with a field execution for samples distributed from a branded ‘Butter Bike.’ The campaign consisted of a team, sampling all over Toronto and the GTA, providing postcards showing retail locations, recipes, and ingredients.

Shane has managed and optimized digital marketing campaigns and budgets across all possible digital channels and activities from concept to execution. He prides himself on ensuring each campaign is on budget, meeting conversion goals, providing positive ROI and beating enrollment targets. 

More specifically, he has developed SEO and SEM multi-channel digital strategies focused on improving business performance, specifically to increase conversions and content consumption, increase consumer and brand loyalty, rapid customer acquisition and grow market share. Over his in-depth 22-year marketing and sales career, Shane really has developed it all. 

Shane gravitates to projects where he can geek out on data and give the client those ‘ah-ha’ moments when unique conversion opportunities are discovered and realized. Recently, for Snow Valley Resort, he took snow fall data, consumer behaviour, alongside revenue patterns and found a competitive advantage by developing an entirely new digital advertising strategy.
